Many consulting companies create Environmental Protection Plans (EPPs) by regurgitating past plans and apply them to new sites. Steel Toe Services will work with clients to develop a custom plan that is relevant to the environmental mitigation measures required onsite.

Custom created EPPs will include the following:

  • Roles and descriptions of the Environmental Team and Structure onsite

  • Activity specific mitigation measures relevant to the site conditions

  • Mitigation measures that prevent handcuffing of construction crews, allowing them to be creative and adaptive

  • Environmental alignment sheets that are easy to read and comprehensive

  • Typical drawings that are flexible for materials for ESC and soil handling

  • Time- and space-specific mitigation measures depending on seasonality of construction.
